We always like to share with our homeowners that in staging a home, you are not trying to redecorate it. You just want to get it picture-ready! In today’s market, 99.9% of your potential buyers will be pre-viewing your home via photos. This is their first glimpse. Do they want to take the time to go onsite to see more? Have they already put you at the top of their list? Or, it could even be love at first sight. Or, YIKES, they tell their agent they aren’t interested because they don’t like what they see. Stage your home so its listing pictures visually invite potential buyers to want to see more.
