STAGING TIPS
FOR RE INVESTORS

I know you’ve been doing this for years, but I would love to humbly share a few things with you. When I walk through your home(s) with the perspective of an interior designer and stager, a few things stand out to me. I really believe that by sharing these easy-to-implement recommendations with you, you’ll find a few tweaks can make a huge impact on the final look and feel of the property you have worked so hard on… not to mention invested in!

TIP #1: Dimmers + [LED] Light Temperatures
This is a twofer! Yup, right out of the gate I am suggesting a small financial upgrade. But… WOW! What a huge impact a dimmer can make, especially when you have the photos taken. That leads us to the next item, light temperature. There is a HUGE difference between 3,000K and 2,700K. The 3,000K is definitely brighter and quite often bluer. The 2,700K will normally have a softer more amber glow and feel better in the space; sunnier even. Then, add the dimmers to that equation = BIG wow factor!
